What to do Next


Money

Here’s what to do next!

1. Contact Island Bean Company and request your Fundraising Kit

2. Set your Fundraising Dates (fundraisers should run 2 to 3 weeks)

3. Set your financial goals, meet with participants and distribute materials

4. Participants sell products and collect money when order is placed

5. On the ending date, participants turn in completed order forms and money collected (all money must be turned in with the completed order form, checks should be made payable to your organization)

6. The program manager should complete the master order form and verify that all money is accounted for

7. E-mail or fax the Master Order Form to Island Bean Company for processing

8. Mail one check, payable to Island Bean Company, for total amount within 2 days of submitting Master Order Form.

No orders will be processed until total amount due is received
