After a two-year struggle to get everything in order, permitted, purchased, trained, and all that other good stuff that goes into working for yourselves, Dorie and Paul finally launched Island Bean on January 9th of 2006. 

Now, as the business builds, the hours are long, and the clientele grows, it is all coming together for these two determined folks.  Enjoy the pictures...
